Evacuation procedures for Europ Assistance

There are no Europ Assistance cards issued.  You should save the Europ Assistance emergency number on your mobile phone: +32 2 533 75 75 and your contract number.

If you are subscribed to the CPU (emergency section of CMK in Kinshasa), they can contact Europ Assistance in Brussels.

The Europ Assistance policy covers the costs of emergency evacuation but does not cover the Hospital costs.  This should be covered either by the Belgian ORPSS or other Medical Insurance .
